73372627 : If you pay close attention, was not the SMCI. Was the auditor which work close with the short seller which complain. Was the auditor to do the report according with the data with no questions. This go back years, and if I am not wrong auditor and the complainer go more political then reality. Games are games, and has many facetes, which we the investors will never know.
It is a strong company, with lot of more potential.

The company has an Taiwan CEO, founder, etc which grow there with the asian chinese mentality in which the workers are like slaves or robots and no respect for. Other thing, the company it is in California which now it is the land of no laws or order. So what you do expect?????
In chinese mentality the hardware employees are the most bottom employees. I give sh*t to my friend (his company the No1 word in one sector) for unjust traitment of employees. His answer was clear: Yes you are correct frompoint on view human, but very wrong in chinese mentality and culure. Point.
