Can I buy cheap stocks?
Stocks with very good fundamentals are due to a decline in performance after being boykut.
Two opinions
1. It's been too long, things have been downplayed, and the stock price has risen
2. The environment is used to it, and estimates and directions also need to be adjusted before there is a chance to improve
I'll wait for the next report; if the report is a loss, it may fall again. My target price is 40sen.
