$CapitaLandInvest (9CI.SG)$$CapLand Ascendas REIT (A17U.SG)$...
Suntec DPU -11%, MPAC -11%, Kit -60%, MLT -10%... DC+0.4%, CIT +14%...etc
REITs are badly hit after " not good" results been announced after 1 another... So now across the board , REITs face selling pressures![]()
except India trust and Data REITs .![]()
But 9C1 has announced one of the worst results in last q, so this round might show improvement... but china property arm still is a cancer cell.![]()
As for A17U, the Data portfolio will save the results.![]()
