CK2FIRE : Just think another way, why fed need to cut rates so hurry while gdp and job are healthy. Is it they see some data that showing recession coming, they do preventive rate cut?
Deep Sea OP CK2FIRE : The commercial loan rate is still very high which will impact the SME businesses in terms of earnings and expansion. FED knows they have raised the rates too high which will impact the SMEs. FED has to cut rates progressively to reasonable level which will help the SMEs and at the same time preempt the economy from slowing down fast .
s2nw2g : I think the Fed is just doing preventive cut.. b4 it's get urgent. N to give some room for Trump impact.. in case need to raise later.
