$CapLand Ascendas REIT (A17U.SG)$ Net profit for this stock ...

Net profit for this stock dropped a lot due to revaluation loss. PE is too high and makes the stock looks expensive. There is sone room for this stock to drop further. Not a buy for now. Look at Singtel stock whose share price is trading below valuation after knowing how much Optus is worth now.
