It's a necessity for them to find an AI enabled partner in china to launch an AI iPhone in China. Since OpenAI is banned in China, the next powerful source in line is either Huawei or Baidu. Huawei is a tough competitor to them, hence leaving Baidu the sole alternative.
Of course, $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ or other AI China players can be considered. But $Baidu (BIDU.US)$ remains the best alternative.

Oh I agree with PB Ratio logic. the stock is undervalued. Im just saying that I think the likelihood of apple announcing a partnership today with Baidu is close to 0%

They did mentioned about tencent game. For $Baidu (BIDU.US)$ to pump, you don't need Aapl to announce openly. The more Aapl event touches on AI, the more the event will act as a catalyst for $Baidu (BIDU.US)$
