Cathie wood is not an investor, she is a swing trader. Example here with $PLTR
Feb 2022 , ARK owned 24 million shares of $Palantir (PLTR.US)$ with an average of $22 and sold EVERYTHING around $11.
Yesterday, ARK decides to buy the dip after earnings at a cost of $16-17.
Today PLTR is down another 10%.…
Investing is buying and holding for 5+ years like she says on CNBC. This however is selling low and trying to catch a dip when the stock is high. She is a trader, not an investor. I propose she instead release a swing trading book every year and discuss the 10 monitors she has open and the crayons she uses to draw her charts on when to buy and sell vs the Big Ideas her and her students create every year.
