$CEB (5311.MY)$I been tracking this stock since 0.55. i just enter position at 0.425. i think its good stock since the drastic drop 55% in 2 weeks is due to margin call and some fund manager not agree on the method account reporting. consider no honesty. we come back to that later. fundalmentally still intact and the potential to grow is huge. they last interim performance doesnt met expectation but expected as US market cool down and our ringgit strengthen. you can google what business they do.
i think its good because the ceo position been diluted and it is harder for this mid cap become a closed knit family business. they are just many profitable business but too many control and as shareholders you not going to get the profit. many company just give crumble and sit on the profit, and systematicly dilute then profit. it effect the share price, if you ever have this experience. here the ceo unnecessarily lose 28% share. and there are lots substantial outsiders holding. back to honesty issue, you can check there are still few institution holding. on 26th july epf still increase another 1.7% which the lowest trading price is 0.69. so i just brush off the reporting issue considering now shareholders have more says in boardroom, 2. fund managers still hold. i do encourage do your own research. the price may drop further. good stock if drop adding more is easy decision. for this stock instead lump sum i do divide my trade looking to add more coming days until the interim report which will clear up things. invest at ur own risk. currently it trade below book value.
