That is a risk if the stock price is dropped to the margin level, then automatically will apply margin call (force sell) to get the cash back to pay back to loan bank. Initially, the bosses is over confidence that the stock price would probably going to raise as the fundamental company is very strong and healthy.. But in fact, price not raise but goes down until break the margin line and force to sell
