If you have engineering background on setup automation line you should know from Project initial to actual implementation will take more than 1.5 years, usually will stuck on concept design and quotation raising.
I’m an Automation Project background tbh this is normal situation. Because automation is something can’t undo once you implement it. It take times. I’m not good in financial report but I’m confident with automation
