MomentumPython1337 : it's clearly oversold. overreaction. the faster a stock goes up the more FOMO buyers / short term buyers there are. so when the stock drops these paper hands (people with no conviction in the underlying business) will easily sell and trigger more sell-offs, basically a chain reaction avalanche. those who are sitting on big profits also may want to protect their gains and sell first, but they may be waiting to reenter when the situation is more stable.
if you believe in the long term trajectory of the business then i think it's a good entry price.
