STD0313 : no he doesn't have 12 million shares. He has 7 million shares, and some paper that isn't worth dog poop if they drive this below 20

Ken Griffin Charity2 : Options are not shares. Even if he had $240m in liquid cash, he’s not going to stupidly exercise his calls and flush the gains lost from fees down the toilet.
STD0313 Ken Griffin Charity2 : if and I say if.....he sold at 65 it would give him 480m from the 7 million share he had. It is very possible he has the cash to exercise the options......but I just don't see him exercising them.
