Chance to enter when near to 90?

$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT.US)$ the drop is good opportunity to re-enter near to 90. Pretty "sure" rate cuts getting near going into future and TLT presents good opportunity for upside. Dyodd, as always.
