Cheap stock, huge potential, and heavily shorted around $5 to $6

$NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ We definitely could double to $10 in a week. I have traded NIO many years from $2 to $65. I shorted it all the way to $7. Now I'm going long again and will ride this back up.
