Gross. Old money is gross. A company that has to lay off almost 30% of its workers should be a sell signal. Yet it goes up 18%? Gross.
Fortunately, things will change soon. Once old money is gone, we will make things right.

  • Space Dust : i totally agree with your sentiment. But everything is a ⚖️.
    and pendulum swings. ☯️.

How to integrate the ' new reality ' into the equation?

Young American workers want 🎂 but to also eat it too 🍰..

noone gets ahead of anyone else, everyone gets treated fairly, same outcome regardless of input.
yet ALSO... ALL demand .. to " get ahead ".. 🙄

and in today's climate, also simultaneously REFUSE 🫸 to put in a little extra at a company. Demand to be compensated MORE than their counterparts!!.

and can't grasp this cognitive dissonance..

when others are willing to work harder than you, and don't for less pay, someone will hire them!.
if the company you work for is " major woke" and makes sure everyone is " treated fair"..
    welp..

which company is gonna have a higher productivity?

those that demand " personal days" .. and " that's too hard"..?

so, if your workforce is 🦥, and all demand " equal"..

do you let BUMS take the company down?.

see. , this is such a complex issue..
