$China Liberal Education (CLEU.US)$ I am a new invester, confused with how to read the financial statements and hope someone can help to explain to me on :
1) why a company with a cash of USD 20million and net assets of 66 million only have a market capitalisation of 11 million? 🤔
2) I noticed there was a private placement of 25 million shares took place last month ( the total number of shares increase from 3million after reverse split to 28million on 27 Jun2024), how to find out who were buying and at what price?
3) Also noticed the CEO increase his shareholding of 10 million shares @ $1 after the reverse split, how to double confirm the USD 10 million cash was paid into the company?
4) With all the above funds, ( the losses is relatively small as compared to the shareholders equity), why the company share price dropped suddenly and left with market capitalisation of 11 million?
Any fraud here with all the misleading information or my understanding is all wrong?😵💫
Hope the intelligent heroes 💪 out there help to clear my confusion.
