If Biden continues to ban even downgraded $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ chips from exports to China, telling local firms not to buy Nvidia is moot and academic. $Cambricon (688256.SH)$ , $Huawei Hongmong (LIST0795.SH)$ and $Baidu (BIDU.US)$ to benefit.
