Chinese EV Sep's sales in EU down 9.6%; SIAC EV Sales highest drop -42%

1) Chinese brands captured an 8.5 per cent share of EV deliveries across the European region in September, down from 9.6 per cent in the year-earlier period, based on figures provided by researcher Dataforce.
2) Saic Motor’s MG unit led the drop, with a 42 per cent slide in sales, according to Jato Dynamics, which also tracks the automotive market.
3) My Take
Chinese EV slump September sales in the EU are reported by western media. The Chinese media side step the information by planting a rosy record EV demand in China. There is reporting that Chinese commerce tells carmakers to pause investment in EU countries backing EV tariffs which may further anger the EU and trigger an all-round trade war.
