Chinese official praises Xiaomi chip design as firm stays silent

This could be big. A 3nm smartphone chip could spell the end of $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ 's dominance. That's a big COULD. Nothing anywhere near confirmation of this rumor.
