Chinese Stock is Insane🔥 Swing Trade Opportunities arise😛 Tesla might still be the strongest tonight despite index correction?🤣
Althought market is not yet closed, the $Hang Seng TECH Index (800700.HK)$ has risen 8.3% in one day which is insanse, and it has been rising almost 35-40% since the stimulus package was introduced😶🌫️
From my perspective, I believe the national team was instructed by the top authorities to help to boost the economy by saving the Real Estate market as well as the stock market by of course imposing the stimulus package🚨
Secondly, Nikkei Index has dropped over 5% but it seems like does not affect the Chinese Market at all🥶 China Stock Market has many stock reached the circuit breaker and now is Hong Kong Market booming as well so I suspect, tonight US market might be a little bit weak that might be affected by Japan market so the hot money will flow into US Chinese Related Stock🔥
I’ve taken Profits from my $JD.com (JD.US)$ and $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ last friday which is sad but profit is profit 😶🌫️
So I’ll enter the Chinese market again for some short to mid swing trade. My first pick would be $Baidu (BIDU.US)$ , this stock I’m not sure what’s happening but it’s extremely undervaled compared to other stocks that have been rising recently and yeah it’s weaker than the index also. So I bet hot money will slowly flow into Bidu soon.
Second stock is $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ , tonight we might see 120 easily🔥
The strongest stock for Chinese stock at the moment followed by strong technical breakout is $JD.com (JD.US)$ $MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)$
$PDD Holdings (PDD.US)$ also not bad, but I’ll avoid this at the moment😶🌫️
If don’t want to expose to individual stock risk, it’s better to stick with index like $Hang Seng Index (800000.HK)$
Let’s talk about $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ too, tonight Nasdaq might need to rely on Tesla as I feel like the US index is gonna drop for a while just for a small correction before climbing again and Tesla does have news ahead so Tesla most likely will be stronger today👏🏻 However, Q3 deliveries might be announced tomorrow so please take note ya🫠
