Why? Insider info points to the Biden administration announcing a sizable chunk of USA CHIPS money grant finally being released to Intel.
Expect the stock to jump when that happens... Buy buy buy and hold hold hold... Intel has proven it's technology is getting back on track. Slowly but surely. Just give this stock some time to gather more strength.
