CICT Preferential Offering - Have you subscribed?

$CapLand IntCom T (C38U.SG)$ earlier announced that it is acquiring a 50% stake in ION Orchard and it has announced a rights issue offering to existing unit holders to fund the acquisition. Unit holders are offered the rights to buy 56 units for every 1000 units at $2.007 each. The rights issue price is more than 5% discount as compared to the current price.

The unit holders would have already received email from moomoo by now requesting for your desired option (to subscribe or to do nothing) towards the corporate exercise. Don't forget to reply and state your option by 18 September 2024 if you wish to subscribe to the rights issue and have the cash ready for subscription otherwise the rights will lapse as a default option.
