524773 : haha they last time also say they want to inject their UK asset into a REIT.. then they say wait for better market conditions.. anyway CDL did have some reit in cdlht and Ireit global. we can do more with the boarding assets in UK and Japan

524773 : ya CDL need to do some of these magic considering our business as usual don't earn that much EPS also.. hkl their IP alone can easily bring in more than enough EPS to give 5% dividends every year. CDL need to do magic every year then can.. that time the Korea hotel sale is one very good one though

101640236 : To me CDL already ahead of the game vs HKL. They already owned a REIT. CDL also had worked on another REIT with their UK asset, but couldn’t launch due to market conditions.
