taylormartin : Ya. As long got spare cash, buy at current price 5.xx should be able to see good return when interest rate cut further couple with better earning. Hopefully can hit $8 by end next year . Patience & more patience needed.

_MK_Watcher_ : Making analogy, without lifts, taking stairs going down to Level 1 from Level 40 is quicker and easier than climbing up. To climb up, it needs determination and effort, coupled with patience and short rests in between. At times, there are good operational lifts (e.g. good announcement) to bring you up, but this only happens at the right and ripe time.
