Deep Sea : As long as interest rate continues to drop, city dev will have chance to rise high next year with drop in refinance costs. The company intends to sell some existing properties to recycle capital which will add some positivity to the stock when the time comes.
TWIMO (151403908) 524773 OP : It isn’t an opportunity for you at this point. Dividend isn’t attractive either. One would average up instead of down unless you’re a whale looking to become major shareholder.
