Did anyone here got thier SELL order cancelled AFTER it was filled during overnight trading? Are we being made the scape goat?

    We have received a notice from our upstream provider, Blue Ocean, regarding an anomaly in the US stock overnight trading session. Specifically, all orders executed between 01:45 AM and 03:06 AM ET on August 5th have been canceled by the upstream due to this anomaly.
    Please be aware that trading during the regular US stock market hours (pre-market, regular, and after-hours) remains unaffected. You can replace the order as you deem fit.

  • 104236820 OP Moomoo Lily : Dear Lily, I feel that your respond is pretty standard kind of respond which somehow shift the responsibility away and onto us retail invertor who trades for a living. And I can tell you for sure, when this kind of cancellation occurres, the broker (Moomoo) would have the responsibility to place the order immediately, whereby in the case, did not, and it was not until 3.30am (SG time on 6-Aug) that Moomoo got back to me that to notify me that order have been cancelled and there are no immediate placment of of my orders been done. And that order was placed into my current holdings which decreased my P/L only at 8am SG time on 6 Aug
