Apparently, they got too greedy. Price increase adversely effected family subscriber retention and increased cancelations. They did still see increase in membership but markedly lower after their August price hike.
Maybe they can bounce back- they've partnered with LinkedIn and Home Depot recently. Also expanding their airport services.
For now, I wait for the sell-off to finish. Probably hop back in afterwards. Revenue growth was still very strong.
