COE price

For those ultra rich, feel free to own a car anytime.

For middle-class, perhaps can wait for a while till the COE goes further down to 45k? Not sure if it's daydreaming but that will be my target price.

Now the road condition is very jam. Taking public or private, the time taken is about the same. Unless there's an urgency to get a car, it will be still ok to ferry around with public transport or e-hailing services whenever necessary.
