DCCTrader : company Losing money consistently 13% over 5 years valuation used to be 35/40$ per share so to recover that lost money in business they trying to be selling more stocks or shares to
holders non meticulous investors who have lots of money to average up or down and can escape from hole 
, the higher it goes riskier this gets so be careful to sell while approaching near term or long term resistances … thats I know as my best knowledge never hold too long cut loss as soon as possible if trade goes against your plan
