I joined MooMoo for about 5 months.
I like MooMoo!
What impressed me are:
1) Good live customer service
2) User-friendly interface. I have not experienced any slowdown so far.
3) High interest promo from time to time
4) Easy & fast withdrawal without fees. This helps me to be more comfortable to park my idle cash here as I know I can withdrawit quite fast when I need it.👍
5) They are a lot of materials in "Learn" to gain knowledge.
6) The trade qty & price are shown in the graph bar it self.
7) P/L Analysis can drill down to individual stock

8) There are a lot more good things in Moomoo that I like
What needs to be improved:
1) The reward coupon arrival timing is unknown to us. it would be better once it reaches the end dates, and the coupon will be credited in real time. I believe CS rcvd many such enquiries.
