Congress needs to ban darkpool trading

If a stock's price goes up while a whale is buying a large number of shares, oh well. The off-exchange trading system usage has been abused for far too long in stocks like $GameStop (GME.US)$ $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ and others for it to be allowed to continue.
