Correct Mindset: U.S. opens probe into 2.6 million Tesla vehicles over remote driving feature

1) The purpose of this article is to provide a different perspective of a post "U.S. opens probe into 2.6 million Tesla vehicles over remote driving feature".
2) CNBC reported:
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Tuesday it has opened a probe into 2.6 million Tesla vehicles in the United States over reports of crashes involving a feature that allows users to move their cars remotely.
Note: This is about Autopilot (not Tesla Actually Smart Summon or ASS) and NHTSA has investigated a long time ago and still have no conclusion.
2) CNBC reported:
NHTSA said it is opening a preliminary evaluation into Tesla's Actually Smart Summon feature over reports of four crashes involving Tesla vehicles. The vehicles failed to detect posts, or parked vehicles, when they were operating on ASS, NHTSA said, adding it had reports where users "had too little reaction time to avoid a crash, either with the available line of sight or releasing the phone app button, which stops the vehicle's movement."
Note: There are only 4 cases reported. There are thousands of praises about the Tesla ASS. We cannot rule out foul play or negligence user
Actually Smart Summon’s performance seems to be equally impressive in both Hardware 3 and Hardware 4 vehicles. This has been appreciated by the Tesla community, as it suggests that Hardware 3 vehicles could still receive the most advanced FSD features that the company could release.
3) CNBC reported:
NHTSA said it will assess Actually Smart Summon's maximum speed, use on public roads and line of sight requirements. The probe will also cover remote control through the phone app, the impact of connectivity delays and the system's performance in unanticipated conditions.
Comment: It is the job of NHTSA to ensure road safety. From a win-win mindset, Tesla will benefit from the probe because it helps to perfect the feature.
4) My Take:
NHTSA's investigation about 4 cases of  Tesla ASS is a good thing for Tesla and the road user. Like all NHTSA investigations including Autopilot and previous vehicles recall, the objective is not to compare the safety level of a car model over another. This post hopes to promote a different perspective as compared to the other. It is not meant to be intolerant or correct other points of view.
