Costco Raises Membership Fees for First Time Since 2017

Costco announced it will increase its membership fees in the U.S. and Canada starting September 1st.
Annual memberships will rise from $60 to $65, while the Executive Membership fee will increase from $120 to $130 per year.
This adjustment affects approximately 52 million memberships, with over half being Executive Memberships.
Costco's decision marks its first fee increase since June 2017, driven by the need to sustain revenue amid economic conditions and inflation concerns.
