$Coursera (COUR.US)$ I was up in the middle of night reading...

I started doing some reading and then LinkedIn also has a report it's a bit older a few months earlier and here's a link to it.

if you do some reading and searching you'll see that it is a topic that's being covered more and more frequently that the pool for companies to draw from of people that are experienced is very small this results in an enormous paycheck to those but it also opens up the opportunity to invest in a company that has the ability to fill the gap, to provide the training to solve the problem of the lack of qualified people.

this company does exactly that they fill the void they train they command a premium for their services which is nice and I expect their fee for training only goes in one direction, higher.

I'm going to spend some time this weekend going over this company looking over their financials seeing what I can find from a business plan online that they published or that's available with some creative searching. but it looks very very interesting it's already been in the news recently you can see how it's had a spike a few dollars higher than the current levels and it's been basing at the current prices so technically it actually looks pretty good on a chart right now. I just need to gain some insight and learn more about the company itself but I think this could have significant upside.
