$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ i tried to get in a vertical spread but right when order went through it auto cancled it ? tried serval times does anyone know why?? ended up get in on the spy instead but still confused to why this happened

Cow Moo-neyOP Dash12: Did all the trades within the spread show “filled”? You may have to check with moomoo

Dash12 : Negative right when it should of been filled it auto canceled tried like 4 times then figured u can’t so I bought the spy but when I ask google it says I can trade Spx thank you for your help I’ll contact moomoo if I need was just trying to avoid that

Dash12 : Options at the time was trying to get a put credit spread

Dash12 : As far as I know u can’t buy Spx it’s self only options that’s why I wanted to play that cause it’s all cash settled and there’s no assignment as far as I know

Cow Moo-neyOP Dash12: Yeah you can’t trade SPX itself, but should be able to trade its options. May have to clarify with Moomoo. Their in-app CSO is quite responsive
