$CRKN shorters will cry bitterly

$CRKN I just noticed that it is on the regSHO threshold list and was wondering how long it’s been on there for if anyone has that info? There is supposed to be 13 day rule enforced that if a security is on the list they have 13 days of being on that list before whoever failed-to-deliver the stock is forced to go on lit market and purchase at market price.
