Cross my fingers for this IPO allocation . Got a good feeling about this $WINSTAR (0336.MY)$ listing that it'll have less SHORTIE scalping for short-sighted short term profit. According to the prospectus, there's no so-called MxTx approved "investors". Furthermore, it's offering LESSER qty of shares, compared to those few listed earlier .
