Just imagine if all tech companies get covered for these kinda things then all insurance companies will go bankrupt
Ken Griffin Charity2 : Based on what? They are completely shielded from any liabilities under contract law. And digital forensics also shows us that litigating them under tort law isn’t going to cut it either.
Why do you think Delta is the only one that has announced an “intent” to litigate, but with no actual lawsuit being filed as of yet? Their announcement was purely for PR purposes to gain back consumer trust; they know that they won’t get anything from such a lawsuit.
