That's why Musk deleted the software. Nothing else he could do. Otherwise, you probably don't want to bankrupt a company that is protecting you.
DwarfCo : there’s an agreement clause that Crowdstrike has with companies that use its services that limits their liability to only refunding the customer’s cost of subscription services.
For larger companies, they may, however have different contractual agreement terms that Crowdstrike has to comply in the event of such disruption.
For most cases, Crowdstrike is only liable to refund back customer’s subscription fees.
