LELT : The matters already settled. It was due to technical error and no cyber attack and no compromise to the software. Wonder what your rational saying it will drop further. Anyway, if it drops further I going to buy more in stages

simple analogy. you buy a car and you drive it. it breaks down on the way to work. you fix it and then it breaks down again. will you still buy cars from this brand? or look to switch to another manufacturer?

OceansWave MomentumPython1337 : customers that experience outage or failure of service by their service providers that will have to compensate based on their SLA.. typically they have to compensate using service credits, which will mean that Crowdstrike will have to provide a certain amount free service.. this will result in loss of revenue and with the amount of customer that experience this outage, either Crwd has to work for customer free for a few months or totally lose their customers for good.. this will bring their numbers down..

152373639 : It became a serious effort for its customers to recover from it. Crowdstrike needs to pay in damages to its customers for operational losses they incurred due to erroneous update pushed by Crowdstrike. Won't be brushed under the rug that easily.
Learning Uncle : more crisis to come. crm issue definitely hurt reputation. in business, reputation is the most sensitive. hope they can survive this.
102857261 : Definitely have repercussions. They can't just get away with this and have lots to answer for. At minimum very bad for Crowdstrike reputation. It still making the headlines. Not every brokerage do pre-opening trading. Lots of sell orders will come in at opening bell.
