The only reason I say this is due to Australia having suffered greatly in regards to the outages. Their government wants their pound of flesh, so I expect to see an inquiry at the very least. class action has been ruled out due to contract conditions, but if an inquiry takes place, it'll be all over the news again.
I'd prefer to be wrong as 5k would come close to coving the losses.
