$Crude Palm Oil Futures(APR5) (FCPOmain.MY)$ Kennedy and Trump intention is to overhaul US agriculture into an Organic ,non Gmo and sustainable industry instead of the traditional one .
Tradiional agriculture is mass produced with toxic chemicals , pesticide and unhealthy with massive pollution.
And because of that is dirty cheap. All small to medium farmers make lossess if not because of Government subsidy .Only big corps can survive and make profit.
They do not want that.
They want to go premium agriculture. Differentiate from the rest.Not mass produce without check and polluting the environment while engaging in price war.
All the above is same route palm oil had been travelling for the past decade.Sustainable agriculture.A very tough and lonely fight where everyone can play cheat while palm oil is the only obedient child.
For now,Palm oil is the only one.
In future will be joined by many.
No longer uncontrolled expansion in cultivation.
