  • Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy   Please assist. Thanks!

  • DannyK99 : because USD and SGD rates change daily duhhhhh

  • Moomoo Buddy : Dear client, what you need to check is whether you are holding SGD or USD in your account. For more details please contact us via MooMoo-Me-Customer Service-Online Inquiry or hotline (+65)-6321 8888 Thank you for your support! Have a nice day!

  • ReinaXP OP Moomoo Buddy : I exchanged sgd for usd via your exchange before I can subscribe to this fund. I don't understand when you mention not sure if I am holding sgd or usd as this fund can only be subscribed using usd, no? My question was whether the sgd accurately states the sgd equivalent of the usd based on daily exchange rate or it's just a rough gauge that we don't need to bother but just refer to the usd value.

  • Moomoo Buddy ReinaXP OP : Dear client,if you have USD assets in your account, and you set the total assets displayed as SGD, the USD assets will be displayed by converting to SGD at the exchange rate. The SGD equivalent value will fluctuating due to the exchange rate changing. But the SGD equivalent drop will not affect your actual USD holdings. You can only refer the actual USD position value. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via MooMoo-Me-Customer Service-Online Inquiry or hotline (+65)-6321 8888 Thank you for your support! Have a nice day!

  • Dadacai : If you are asking about total assets in SGD, that would be because a rate is used to convert your USD assets to SGD for reference purpose (no currency conversion has taken place) and this rate fluctuates with the market.
