buy below 5 or 4 should.be safe wait for 16

at moment no massive delivery to show so shortlist will be keep pounding on nio .so buyer can buy low to keep mid term .
con :might be some cash raising or quarterly lost
but delivery will go up with cheap EV with swap .nio focus on volume now with sub brand just need patience
