:
Stock price got decimated since 6 December. whilst this news November is positive, the dilution and lack of any revenue stream news is ultimately what is hammering it down. And it will go lower otherwise.
Hard truth is that until postive revenue news comes out (contract sales or m&a wise), it will continue to fall as they burn through this most recent capital injection by end of Q1. they have already rev split - so they effectively have 3 months to get their sales happening or face closing down.
They’re close to trading insolvent, and I cannot see further interest to go deep on capital raising in 2025 given current market uncertainty - especially with tarrifs coming in which will hugely impact supply chain - so if they cant convert their apparent increase in distribution of their software/hardware, then it’s game over.
Again - be careful here. think of the markets this company operates in and where their sales are coming from. The CR ownersare already in the money and can sell today for an immediate 20% gain on investment if they choose.
Whilst CYN might have a good product, the industrial sector needs to also have a desire and willingness to invest in it - meaning a positive economy that can bouty their capital expenditure. 2025 has a lot of clouds around - even for big players let alone little guys trying to make ends meet.
