$D-Wave Quantum (QBTS.US)$ every single quantum company is going to be filing multiple shelf offerings to raise money. this should not come as any surprise and the reason is all they're doing right now is burning cash they have no profits they have little to no sales so they need to take advantage of what they can which is the rapid increase of the stock price to raise money from eager institutional investors. all of these deals are done at a price lower than the current market and typically they have a warrant attached to them so you need to understand dilution is going to happen with 100% of all of these small developmental stage companies you just need to be able to ride the wave and not be fleeced out when these news announcements come out.
