Quantum computing is a transformative technology with immense potential, particularly in fields like cryptography, drug discovery, materials science, and optimization, where it promises exponential speedups over classical computers. Significant investments from tech giants like Google, IBM, and Microsoft, along with government funding, are driving progress in hardware scalability and qubit stability. However, the technology is still in its early stages, with current systems limited to small-scale applications due to errors and technical barriers like maintaining qubit coherence. While its practical adoption may take 10–20 years, quantum computing remains a game-changer for specific industries, though its capabilities are often overhyped in the short term. It is a long-term marathon requiring patience, investment, and breakthroughs to realize its full potential.
J C investments : Yes but so far is only wishful thinking , once they have product and start making money i be buyer
TechTrader OP J C investments : I don’t think you have heard of Google Sycamore!
Just FYI so that you don’t make yourself look like an ass.. examples of companies who are already using Quantum Computing are biogen, Roche, DHL and even JP Morgan who uses it for portfolio analysis.
J C investments TechTrader OP : So google is google i know .. but do you think QBTS have any costumer actually who pay them ? Did you see the income statements ?
TechTrader OP J C investments : Great Question Dude. Then don’t invest.
But that doesn’t make Technology what you call “Wishful thinking “.
It is still science. It doesn’t work based on your trading portfolio
You can say “ Long Term Thinking “ instead. Some people like to bet on future.
J C investments TechTrader OP : I dont call the technology ,, i call the stock price ridiculous based on their revenues , products etc . Once i see product they sell and generate revenue i would be buyer . But as of now is start up and wishful thinking
Joey Hall508 TechTrader OP : NASA gave them a Contract 4 days ago, Why?
