Damaged chess pawn received. Very disappointed.

@moomoo Rewards I waited 3 weeks for my chess pawn, but received a damaged one. Even before opening the package, a small round piece fell out. I opened the package and noticed the helmet broke off a piece. It's not cheap to redeem a figure one. This one cost 19,000 points, but I was disappointed with a broken figure... Can I get a refund of the points? Or can a replacement be done? Very unfair if I get this... 😤 Please refer to the pictures for evidence.
