Tonyco : Correct. Supposedly, it's to protect the companies from drastic shifts during blocks. In reality, I'm guessing it didn't take long for them to realize they could gain an edge with the reporting time being up to 24 hours.
A law change can fix this! Stop voting for Republicans, especially convicted felons, then saying bOtH SIdEZ!!! When the criminals do crime.
