DAX fluctuates slightly and turns upward on a weekly basis

DAX traded flat on Friday, approaching the 18286 level after falling sharply in the previous two sessions, respectively.

While awaiting important economic indicators, including the US PCE inflation rate, investors are trying to digest new corporate financial results.

In terms of companies, Mercedes-Benz's stock price fell 2.2% to 61.7 euros in response to a 27% decrease in automobile earnings and a contraction in the forecast for annual profit margins, making it the lowest price since January.

ThyssenKrupp revised its 2024 guidance downward and fell approximately 8%.

Meanwhile, Rheinmetall and Zalando each rose nearly 2% and became top performers.

DAX is up approximately 0.8% this week.
